Royal jelly is the main food that bee larvae and especially queen bees feed on. It derives from the processing of pollen by nurse bees, who mix it with glandular secretions and thus obtain a super protein and vitamin food.

How long does a jar last?
The jar contains 8 grams of fresh royal jelly. Using the included measuring spoon, each daily dose corresponds to approximately 0.25 grams. With this usage, a single jar is sufficient for approximately 30 days of continuous treatment.

How should I best store it after opening?
Fresh royal jelly is a living and delicate product. To preserve all its nutritional properties, follow these simple rules:

In the refrigerator: Always store the jar in the refrigerator, at a temperature between +2°C and +5°C.
Protection from light: Store the bottle in its original box or in an insulated polystyrene container to protect it from direct light.
Hygiene: Clean and dry the measuring spoon thoroughly after each use before returning it to the container.
Cold chain: Avoid leaving the jar out of the refrigerator for extended periods. Remove your dose and store it immediately in a cool place.
